JOB LOCATION DHIP Administrative Offices RTP - 4825 Creekstone Dr JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Program Specialist who will serve as one of the schedulers on the Duke Today team, which supports Duke Health's goal of offering same-day and next-day specialty appointments to improve access and patient experience. This position is responsible for high-volume, accurate, and patient-centered scheduling, coordinating closely with DHAS, clinical departments, and access teams. The Program Specialist reports directly to the Duke Today Team Lead and contributes to maintaining high performance standards, including fast turnaround times, consistent quality, and exceptional customer service. JOB HOURS The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
