Senior Test Engineer Location
US-Remote
Overview Planned Systems International (PSI) is an Enterprise IT services company who focuses on designing, building, securing, and operating cutting-edge software solutions that drive mission success and operational excellence for Federal Government organizations. We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer with clinical experience and proficiency with the Oracle Millennium Electronic Health Record solution to provide functional testing support for the Veterans Affairs (VA) Independent Enterprise Testing and Support Services (IETSS) contract. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities The objective is to support improved interoperability within and between systems of care to help address VA's health care priorities. This includes contributing to and supporting the overall performance and success of the project including, but not limited to: Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure health information technology system requirements are met. Determines operational feasibility by evaluating requirements and test results. Document and demonstrate knowledge of solutions by developing documentation, reviewing test plans, developing test cases, and entering test findings when appropriate. Reviews solution documentation and system design specifications. Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures. Candidate will be able to collaborate and actively participate in meetings with stakeholders, other engineers, and Subject Matter Experts. Various applications supported include, but are not limited to, VistA legacy, Oracle Millennium, COTS/GOTS integration with VistA legacy and others.
