BASIC PURPOSE:


The Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing, leading, and motivating a team of recruiters by setting the expectations and standards to ensure attainment of division goals, while maintaining a high level of recruitment activity. This position is responsible for overseeing and building the Company's profile by sourcing and recruiting quality candidates to fill open needs. The Recruitment Manager will promote effective teamwork amongst recruiters to ensure all field personnel and clients receive unrivaled quality service.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Build and manage relationships with internal business leaders to understand growth targets, forecasts, and priorities.
  • Support in developing, maintaining, updating, and implementing training plans for new recruiters and to support all recruiters.
  • Successfully manage a team of recruiters and support with their development through coaching, counseling, and re-training when needed.
  • Maintain individual recruitment efforts by sourcing and pipelining a broad range of qualified staff.
  • Support with monitoring team performance against goals, while also maintaining individual production.
  • Support with assessing lead sources, sourcing, and engagement strategies to help our team identify and implement best practices.
  • Know and support all company policies and procedures that will help attain expected production standards set by the division.
  • Develop and plan prospecting strategies to pursue new avenues for recruiting candidates; utilize a variety of tools (i.e., email, telephone, social media, local events) to establish relationships and expand applicant pool.
  • Ensure database is maintained with accurate candidate contact information, qualifications and selling points; ensure all communication with candidate is documented.
  • Effectively research and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • When applicable, implement corrective action of recruiters through established company procedures.
  • Handle special assignments or any other duties as assigned by management.
  • Make recommendations as needed on process improvement and tools needed to drive successful recruitment.
  • Weekly reporting of recruitment metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • 3 years related experience in recruitment. 5 years preferred.
  • 3 years supervisory experience in sales or staffing industry. Education field preferred.
  • Proven business development and effective leadership skills.
  • and plan work activities efficiently.

  • Demonstrates the ability to analyze a problem through to resolution.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness of tasks assigned; monitor work and provide quality output.

Education:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, education or other similar discipline preferred.
  • Or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Company equipment(laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse headset) will be provided directly to you for use during employment.
