Location(s): Minnetonka, MN
{Remote: Part-time work (20hrs/week)}

1. Strong Python programming skill for data analysis or tool customization.
2. Understanding/Knowledge of electrical power systems.
3. Experience with PowerWorld, PSSE , MATLAB/Simulink, ETAP, PSCAD

• Assist in developing and enhancing automation tools (Python, VB scripts, etc.) based on PSS/E, TSAT, and/or PSCAD.
• Analyze system performance data and contribute to improvement of reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and client engagements.
• Participate in site visits, data collection, and commissioning activities as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, standards, and technologies in power systems and energy automation.

• Currently pursuing Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or a related field.
• Understanding of electrical power systems, including generation, transmission, distribution, and protection.
• Strong Python programming skill for data analysis or tool customization.
• Familiarity with simulation and analysis tools (e.g., PowerWorld, PSSE , MATLAB/Simulink, ETAP, PSCAD).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
