Experienced level role that provides insurance carrier placement guidance and service to the field. Manage a profitable book of business. Maintain relationships with the field and partners to ensure smooth operation of brokerage business and high-quality customer service. Experience in reviewing, quoting and binding farm risks. The Wholesale Solutions Specialist will report to the Senior Manager, B&A Insurance Solutions Sales.
Position Compensation Range: $62,000.00 - $103,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities

Working Conditions
In this home-based role, you will spend 80% of your time working from home. This will typically be 4 or more days per week, and you will need to be proximate to one of our office locations, which is within approximately 35-50 miles. Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Hopkins, MN 55343; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507;Phoenix, AZ 85034.
