Videographer, Semi

Tesla is seekinga talented and experienced videographer to join the Tesla Semi team based in Reno, NV. This person will be responsible for conceptualizing, capturing and editing video projects that support the Tesla Semi program, maintaining Tesla's video standards and upholding the Tesla brand. Content will include public-facing videos that tell the story of Semi, such as product, factory & industry updates as well as customer engagement content.

• Fundamental cinematography training:strong senseof cinematic composition, camera movement,lighting, andknowledge of camera and lens settings, such as: RAW and LOG recording formats, sensor size, ISO, shutter angle, resolution, frame ratesetc.
• Experiencein a variety of camera setups: vehicle rigging, handheld, tripod, slider
• Cinematic drone operation experience
• Ability to conduct on-camera interviews + setup microphone recording
• Producing experience: able to conceptualize and develop video concepts, iterate based on stakeholder feedback and plan a shoot to execute on it
• Understanding of DIT workflow
• Editing with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro), basic color grading and sound design

• Develop video concepts that effectively serve business needs and build storyboards to communicate the concept to stakeholders and collaborators
• Coordinate interdepartmentally within Tesla to plan video shoots
• Identify and scout locations, arrange location permits or rentals when needed
• Manageandmaintain videoequipment
• Capture interview, documentary,product and lifestyle cinematographyina wide spectrum of settings such as in studio or on location with natural and/or artificial light
• Edit footage into final polished videos, including basic color grading & sound mixing
• Managing all produced content locally and via shared content platforms (Frame.io)
• Maintain clear and consistent communication within the team and among all parties involved
