Summary:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a strategic partner in attracting and hiring top talent nationwide. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews and offers. You will develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. In addition to national recruiting efforts, you will represent the company at local events, career fairs, and university partnerships to strengthen our employer brand and talent pipeline.

What You'll Do:

  • Facilitate regular staff meetings with HR Business Partners and management to align on talent needs and priorities.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Identify and implement effective recruiting methods and strategies tailored to role requirements, industry standards, and organizational needs.
  • Manage all phases of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department managers to create accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Plan, attend, and participate in college job fairs, networking events, and recruiting sessions to strengthen employer brand.
  • Source, screen, and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers; manage interview and selection processes.
  • Lead interviews alongside managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR during the offer process, providing guidance on salary ranges, incentives, and start dates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure coverage of staffing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as liaison with Corporate HR.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred (minimum 3-5 years required).
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in interviewing techniques, sourcing strategies, and networking/retention practices.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with strong negotiation tactics; ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to exercise discretion and sound judgment.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office; knowledge of social media recruiting tools (LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to apply continuous improvement principles to recruitment processes.
