Overview

The Senior Supply Chain Program Manager is responsible leading multiple sourcing projects that drive value and improvement to the Verathon Team. As our Senior Supply Chain Program Manager, you will make sure that we achieve our corporate goals by leading project Team(s) and ensuring project completion on-time and on-budget. The position is based in our Bothell, WA headquarters and reports to the Director of Supply Chain.



Responsibilities

* Lead multiple complex Sourcing projects in support of the Supply Chain Team. Develop a comprehensive project Charter, Plan, and Status methodology/cadence while proactively managing risks and issues. Drive all projects to on-scope, on-time, on budget delivery within established variances. Proactively manage dependencies, remove roadblocks and hold project resources accountable to meet deliverables. Partner with stakeholders to effectively manage project change requests.
* Provide standardized work process and documentation for all sourcing projects and engagements. Work closely with Project Stakeholders, recommending and developing repeatable and consistent processes to ensure that Sourcing projects are managed effectively - Plan activities, resources, schedule and milestone planning, time, cost and budget estimates
* Utilize process improvement and project management principles and tools to deliver practical solutions to complex problems while achieving project results
* Assess change readiness and prepare plans for guiding stakeholders through change. Provide training and mentorship on project management methods, manage, coach, and mentor project teams. Develop and share new tools and techniques across functions, business and institutionalize them across Verathon
* Monitor metrics, SLAs and KPIs. Develop, coordinate and communicate internal and external messaging and actions based on project schedules with internal and external partners.
* Request for resources, budget from senior leadership as required
* Anticipate and proactively manage program risks & issues that impact project progress
* Modify scope, content of program as required, prioritize individual projects
* Lead in the development of new business process and/or improvement of existing processes.



Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Ops/Industrial /Manufacturing engineering, Business, or related technology degree is required. MBA, Masters Degree in a relevant technology field or an Advanced Degree in Supply Chain is preferred.
* A minimum of 7 years relevant experience including at least 5 years of project management experience is required.
* 7+ yrs. Sourcing/Supply Chain/Logistics/Manufacturing Operations related experience in an Electronics, Medical equipment manufacturing supply chain and or applicable Manufacturing / Hardware production environment preferred
* Strong knowledge of project management standards and processes required; PMP certification is preferred.
* Lean Sigma Black or Green Belt or Certification in Lean Sigma training preferred
* APICS Certification and/or CPIM preferred
* Ability to collaborate and partner with leaders, employees, and suppliers
* Ability to initiate and create positive and necessary change with minimal supervision
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
* Ability to create partnerships with suppliers and the manufacturing team

* Expert Level in the use of MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, etc.), Access, Power Point and other project management tools

Salary range - $128,376 - $162,533 (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range).

Full-time employees who are not on a commission plan are eligible for Verathon's annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
