Maintenance Launch Supervisor - Manufacturing Operations (Fully Onsite) Advantage Technical is hiring a Maintenance Launch Supervisor to support a major OEM supplier in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a maintenance professional who thrives in plant operations, equipment launches, and continuous improvement. Position Overview In this role, you will partner with OEMs, plant maintenance teams, and engineering groups to support equipment documentation, asset setup, and launch readiness. You will lead the configuration of Maximo and EzMaxMobile, ensuring accurate asset records, preventive maintenance (PMs), standard maintenance procedures (SMPs), visual job plans (VJPs), and spare parts documentation. You will oversee Launch MOS tracking, readiness assessments by line and station, and ensure all timing and deliverables are met. You will provide daily supervision of hourly employees, support labor relations, and drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, machine availability, MTTR, and throughput. This role plays a key part in resolving machining-related issues, identifying constraints, and leading root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, and Lean methodologies. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning and execution within a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience with Preventive Maintenance, Inventory Maintenance, Labor Supervision, and Continuous Improvement Preferred Experience Bachelor's degree Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, Value Stream Mapping DMAIC / DMADV, FMEA, PPAP, DOE, Visual Factory Management Ergonomic analysis experience Work Environment: Fully onsite Apply Now Join Advantage Technical and take a lead role in launching critical manufacturing operations for a top-tier OEM supplier.
