Warehouse MRO Crib Attendant - Automotive Manufacturing (SAP Inventory \| Warehouse Operations) Advantage Technical is hiring an Warehouse MRO (Non-Production Material) Crib Attendant to support a leading automotive manufacturer at a high-volume automotive plant. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, inventory control, or SAP experience who want steady work in a structured manufacturing environment with strong processes and hands-on responsibility. Position Overview The Warehouse MRO Crib Attendant is a frontline warehouse and inventory control role operating within a secured maintenance crib. You will support daily plant operations by ensuring maintenance teams have timely access to tools, parts, and non-production materials needed to keep equipment running efficiently. Accuracy, organization, and customer service are key to success in this role. Pay Rate: $19.14/hour Key Responsibilities Perform receiving, put-away, warehousing, and material disbursement Support inventory control, cycle counting, and inventory integrity Maintain crib organization, layout, and housekeeping standards Provide direct customer support to maintenance employees Operate within a SAP inventory control system Perform duties as assigned in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment Operate material handling equipment (MHE) as a licensed operator Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Strong math and counting skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications SAP inventory experience Prior automotive or manufacturing experience Warehouse, crib, or MRO background Apply Now If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and interested in supporting critical operations for a major automotive manufacturer, apply today with Advantage Technical.
