The Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for Pricing, Packaging, and Commercialization will play a critical role in shaping our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy by being the technology liaison for all pricing and packaging initiatives across our product portfolio, particularly in a high-growth SaaS environment. This role is responsible for ensuring that strategic commercial decisions are effectively translated into scalable and sustainable technology solutions across the entire Lead-to-Cash process.

The Lead BSA will be a core member of the GTM Systems delivery team, focusing primarily on strategic business modeling, requirements definition, and coordinating solution delivery. A secondary but essential focus will be to support enhancements and medium-sized projects within the core Quote-to-Cash (QTC) technology ecosystem.

What You'll Do
  • Translate complex pricing and packaging strategies (bundles, subscription models, monetization levers) into clear business and functional requirements

  • Conduct end-to-end impact assessments across the Lead-to-Cash process to identify downstream effects on Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer and Partner Experience

  • Partner with Finance and stakeholders to build financial models and solution prototypes that validate technical feasibility and business value

  • Document detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria aligned with organizational data standards

  • Collaborate with the GTM Systems delivery team to communicate requirements, validate solution architecture, and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs

  • Maintain strong conceptual understanding of system configurations (product catalogs, pricing logic, data models, integrations) to bridge business and technical teams

  • Define test cases and lead user acceptance testing, focusing on pricing and quoting logic

What You'll Need Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years as a Business Systems Analyst supporting large-scale enterprise applications in B2B SaaS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field

Preferred Qualifications
  • SaaS Industry experience preferred

  • Extensive experience leading Pricing and Packaging initiatives for multi-product or subscription-based companies

  • Solid functional understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and CPQ systems

  • Strong conceptual understanding of system configuration, process mapping, data modeling, and integration concepts

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills

  • Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to bridge business needs and technical delivery

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Willingness to travel up to 15% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, as we embrace flexible work arrangements

How You'll Be Rewarded

Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00

A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
