What to Expect Tesla is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join the GFTX Training T eam as a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver s Training Instructor. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, patience, and the ability to effectively train and mentor driver candidates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training prospective drivers to obtain their Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). This role involves guiding candidates through the entire licensing process, including obtaining Commercial Learners P ermit, preparing for skills and knowledge testing , conducting behind-the-wheel training . The instructor will also certify that candidates meet the necessary FMCSA and DOT standards to safely operate a Class A vehicle. Work will involve both indoor classroom settings and outdoor driving environments. Exposure to varying weather conditions during road training and testing. Flexible schedule required, to accommodate DMV testing hours and candidate availability.
