About the Role

We're seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead with vision, execute with precision, and bring a collaborative spirit to our growing team. You possess the instincts and words of a storyteller, the eye of a designer, and the ability to guide teams through the creative process. You will help shape our brand's voice and visual identity across all platforms-from scrappy shoots to major product launches. If you are passionate about building impactful ideas that drive brand growth, are equal parts right and left brian, and can laugh at yourself and with others - this may just be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead Creative Development: Oversee brand campaigns, product launches, and integrated marketing across all channels.
  • Concept & Execute: Direct a wide range of formats, including paid advertising, short-form content, social, retail, and packaging.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Creative Director to translate business goals into visually arresting, strategically sound creative.
  • Team Leadership: Guide copywriters, designers, and content creators through briefs and reviews, providing constructive feedback to unlock their best work.
  • Project Ownership: Manage projects from concept through production, collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve visual identity, brand voice, and creative standards across every touchpoint.
  • Communication: Present ideas confidently to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Trend Insight: Stay current on culture and trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and impactful.


Skills and Experience



  • 8+ years of experience in brand, advertising, or in-house agencies (lifestyle, outdoor, or consumer goods preferred).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, storytelling, and hands-on execution.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with tactical execution.
  • Fluency in design principles, creative strategy, and campaign development.
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills.
  • Resilient under pressure and solution-oriented.
  • A passion for the outdoors and building brands with heart.
