Job Description

The Administration and Real Estate Internship is a rotational experience designed to provide broad exposure to corporate real estate operations and administrative functions. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas, including portfolio management, design and construction, leasing, facilities maintenance, data center operations, and retail administration. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand the end-to-end real estate lifecycle within a corporate environment while contributing to strategic projects and day-to-day activities.

What You'll Learn

What You'll Do

  • Assist with portfolio analysis, including data gathering and reporting on property performance
  • Support design and construction teams with project documentation and vendor coordination
  • Participate in leasing activities by reviewing agreements and preparing summaries
  • Shadow facilities maintenance operations to learn preventive maintenance processes
  • Contribute to data center and retail administration projects, ensuring compliance with standards
  • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership meetings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Effective communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment
  • Familiarity with real estate concepts and financial modeling
  • Interest in corporate facilities and sustainability initiatives
