POSITION SUMMARY: As a PRN Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), you're pivotal in providing comprehensive respiratory care and evaluating patients with respiratory illnesses. Collaborates care with the multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with others. Ensures patient care meets quality standards established by the hospital, department and regulatory agencies. As a PRN Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) you are accountable for maintaining all skills and knowledge necessary to provide safe, effective and developmentally appropriate respiratory care to all ages of patients from neonate to adolescent. Along with other members of the care team, is responsible for patient outcomes which meet the high standards of care provided by JHACH. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Salary Range: Minimum 30.19/hour - Maximum 48.30/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
