Senior Finance Program/Project Manager

for a global technology client. This person can work remotely in the US and brings a minimum of 15+ years of change management, data enablement and senior-level stakeholder engagement.

Our client is seeking a Senior Finance Program / Project Manager to lead a high-impact transformation initiative focused on modernizing how Finance teams' access, analyze, and consume data. This role will serve as the program manager driving a conversational analytics transformation, coordinating multi-phase, cross-functional efforts that deliver measurable improvements in automation, efficiency, adoption, and analytics enablement.

The ideal candidate brings a business-forward transformation mindset, strong operational leadership, and a proven ability to drive complex programs from strategy through execution. This role is highly collaborative and partners closely with Finance leadership, IT, Data & Analytics teams, and functional subject matter experts.

  Lead and manage large-scale finance transformation programs, including conversational analytics initiatives

  Partner with executive sponsors and Finance leadership to define program scope, success metrics, timelines, and operating models

  Coordinate multiple workstreams across Finance, IT, and Data teams to ensure predictable delivery and adoption

  Apply program and project management best practices to plan, execute, monitor, and report on progress

  
  
• 
  

  Drive alignment on business outcomes tied to analytics adoption, process efficiency, and decision enablement

  
  
• 
  

  Champion change management activities, including communications, training, UAT coordination, and stakeholder engagement

  
  
• 
  

  Identify risks, challenge assumptions, and continuously push for process excellence and innovation

  
  
• 
  

  Provide clear, executive-level reporting and insights to support informed decision-making

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within Finance, Analytics, or enterprise transformation initiatives

  
  
• 
  

  Proven experience leading cross-functional, multi-phase programs in complex organizations

  
  
• 
  

  Strong understanding of finance operations, data, and analytics enablement

  
  
• 
  

  Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement

  Demonstrated ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, and drive accountability

  
  
• 
  

  Experience supporting change management, operational readiness, and adoption of new technologies

  
  

This is a 6 month contract role, full-time at 40 hours per week, with a remote schedule (Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day).

The pay for this W-2 position is $90 - $100 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
