The Global Product Manager for the Aurora CS cell sorter and Orion reagent automation platforms will provide strategic leadership and cross-functional coordination to ensure global success of these product lines. This role owns lifecycle management, downstream marketing, demand generation, competitive analysis, and long-term portfolio growth. The primary customers - Core Labs and Shared Resource Laboratories (SRLs) - require deep understanding of immunology workflows and high-parameter sorting operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Product Portfolio Leadership* Lead global strategy and execution for the Aurora CS and Orion portfolios, ensuring competitive positioning and alignment with Cytek's overall objectives. * Oversee lifecycle activities including sustaining engineering, product optimizations, SKU management, and end-of-life planning. * Drive lifecycle processes including voice-of-customer (VOC), reliability monitoring, field feedback, and iterative product improvements. * Develop and execute global marketing campaigns emphasizing immunology workflows, high-parameter sorting, and Orion automation. * Engage closely with Core Labs, SRLs, and immunology researchers to gather workflow insights and understand customer challenges. * Partner with Sales, Field Service, QA/RA, R&D, Operations, and Finance to drive global execution of Aurora CS and Orion product lines. * Bachelor's degree in Biology, Immunology, Bioengineering, or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred. * Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills. * Ability to travel at least 25%.
