What to Expect

The Construction Superintendent, Infrastructure Development, will work closely with members of the project management team as well as real estate and design departments from project design,planning,install, throughsiteopening. The Construction Superintendent willtravel toexecute workthroughoutNorth Americaas well as manage internal and external teams and ensure compliance with plans and specifications all while tracking project schedule and budget. This position requires 80%+travel.


What You'll Do
  • Lead and execute the successful execution of both contracted and self-performed constructionprojects
  • Ensure frequent communication with key project individuals, job site personnel, and Project Manager
  • Develop,manageand drive project schedules,identifyingcritical paths and addressing anyroadblocks
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaborate effectively withstakeholders
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing the applicable state and OSHAregulations
  • Perform daily and weekly site progressreportswhilemaintainingan organized, clean, & safe job site
  • Ensure installations meet end-user requirements and adhere to qualitystandards

What You'll Bring
  • Ideally,3+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial constructionprojects
  • Previousexperience as a Superintendent and/orforemanon industrial facility construction, Brownfield construction, building renovation or tenant improvement project(s)
  • Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelines and aggressivegoals
  • OSHA 30 certificationand working knowledge of building codes, standards, and environmental regulations including NEC & NFPA 70E
  • Understanding of construction design documents and ability to provide constructability feedback prior to and duringconstruction
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite products, construction management software,proficiencywith digital plans and drawings inclusive of provision of markups and scheduling tool knowledge
  • Ability to travel to various project locations as needed (80%+) often on shortnotice
