This job will collaborate with Starkey Leaders to develop and execute market specific distribution strategies aligned with our corporate goals and philosophy. The focus is on creating enterprise value by synergizing strategy and finance. This job requires a deep understanding of the business, and its value drivers and KPI's to translate financial performance into business stories. Responsibilities include FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting, Capital Investments, and Corporate Development initiatives. This position collaborates closely with the Corporate Controller's in deploying a comprehensive set of controls and processes to mitigate financial risk, fraud and ensure reporting accuracy. This job collaborates closely with other members of the finance team as well as business leaders throughout the organization. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/RESULTS

Salary and Other Compensation: The target pay rate for this position is between $148,000 - $194,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
