Our company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Sales who is responsible for leading and executing sg360's outside sales strategy within the direct mail, print, and marketing services space. This executive role drives revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term customer partnerships by aligning consultative sales strategies with sg360's manufacturing, data, and marketing capabilities. The SVP, Sales serves as a senior external ambassador while building and leading a high-performing, solutions-oriented sales organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive outside sales strategy supporting sg360's direct mail, print, and marketing services offerings.
- Lead, inspire, and manage regional and national outside sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
- Serve as the primary executive contact for key enterprise customers, strategic accounts, and supplier partners.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers across regulated, high-volume, and complex direct mail and marketing programs.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Asset Management, Operations, Finance, Field Sales and Human Resources to ensure sales alignment and execution.
- Represent sg360 at customer meetings, industry events, supplier engagements, and internal leadership forums.
- Monitor market trends including personalization, omnichannel marketing, postal optimization, and data-driven marketing.
- Drive disciplined sales processes, forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
- Ensure delivery of exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent; build leadership bench strength and succession plans.
- Champion continuous improvement and adoption of new sales tools and best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
LEADERSHIP & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide executive leadership and direct oversight of senior sales leaders (Vice Presidents, Regional Sales Leaders).
- Responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, recognition, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and high performance.

- Proven executive leadership experience in outside sales within direct mail, print, marketing services, or related industries.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

- Advanced leadership experience strongly preferred.

This position offers a base salary range of $200,000 - $220,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for commission and incentive compensation tied to individual and company performance.
