Overview
As aMechanical Construction Manager,you'll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all mechanical construction activities for large-scale data center projects. You'll have the opportunity to manage contractors, drive compliance with safety and quality standards, and keep schedules and budgets on track. Working closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams, you'll ensure that critical mechanical systems-such as HVAC, chilled water, and cooling infrastructure-are installed, tested, and commissioned to meet Microsoft's rigorous standards. Construction Project Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
