As an Estimator, you play a key role in supporting Findorff's preconstruction and bidding efforts across a wide range of project sizes and delivery methods. You are responsible for developing accurate, well-strategized estimates while collaborating closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams. As experience grows, Estimators are entrusted with increasingly complex projects and greater responsibility. Success in this role is measured by the ability to deliver competitive, well-analyzed estimates, support smooth project transitions, and contribute to strong client relationships.
