Job Mission Our mission is to achieve world-class safety performance by effectively supporting safe operations within all levels of field operations throughout the customer support organization of ASML. As a Senior Ergonomist / Sr. EHS Specialist, you will serve as the company's subject matter expert in ergonomics, bringing 5-10 years of experience and Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) credentials. You will lead advanced ergonomic evaluations, develop and implement sustainable ergonomic programs, and partner with stakeholders at all levels to reduce risk and prevent musculoskeletal disorders. In addition, you will provide general EHS expertise supporting broader safety and health programs (approx. 25% of the role).
