Here's what you'd do:

• We are seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Operator to join our logistics team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining warehouse equipment, unloading and loading goods, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Unload and load materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places.
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment in the facilities.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Organize warehouse space.
• Develop a monthly cycle counter plan using SAP & Excel.
• Perform ABC analysis on parts.
• Schedule a monthly inventory count plan.
• Develop and distribute a weekly cycle count report.
• Perform daily inventory counts according to plan.
• Work with the warehouse supervisor to analyze & problem solve count discrepancies.
• Accurately maintain cycle count records to support annual audits.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $18.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (1^st shift).

Length: Contract to Hire. Temporary with possibility to convert full time based on business needs and performance

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Operator.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a forklift.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, using inventory software.

• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems (SAP).
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• Adequate knowledge of the warehouse data system.
• Detail-oriented.
• Work independently.
• Eager to learn and be challenged
• Familiarity with Excel.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

• Ability to lift or move heavy products.
• Physically able to handle heavy items.
• Able to work at a steady pace for up to ten hours per day.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to work overtime (including some Saturdays).
