Salary Range: **$70,000 to $100,000 per year

** Starting salary is based on minimum education and years of experience and increases based on education and/or experience.

WOOD is seeking a Recruiter I with proven experience supporting technical or cleared talent pipelines. In this role, you will drive relationshipbased recruiting, maintain accurate pipelines, and ensure WOOD is ready to hire quickly and compliantly when roles activate. This role is ideal for recruiters who enjoy fastpaced execution work and excel at managing both candidates and process details.

Responsibilities

    Lead sourcing and screening for technical, cleared, or hardtofill roles.
  • Maintain strong, relationshipdriven engagement with pipeline candidates.
  • Track candidate availability, interest, and skill alignment in iCIMS / Workday.
  • Support full recruitment workflows during hiring activation.
  • Provide market and pipeline insights to inform workforce readiness.
  • Ensure recruiting execution aligns with WOOD's defined processes (per compliance guidance).


Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of recruiting, sourcing, HR, or customerfacing experience.
  • Strong experience with ATS tools (iCIMS, Workday) and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
