Salary Range: **$100,000 to $125,000 per year

** Starting salary is based on minimum education and years of experience and increases based on education and/or experience.

WOOD is seeking a MidLevel Recruiter to support highvolume, highpriority hiring pipelines. This is a handson recruiting role focused on sourcing, engaging, evaluating, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates across technical and cleared labor categories. You will serve as a primary execution engine inside Talent Acquisition, ensuring pipelines stay warm and hiring can activate without delay.

Responsibilities

    Conduct deepdive screening for technical alignment and candidate readiness.
  • Maintain longterm candidate relationships aligned to WOOD's upcoming labor needs.
  • Manage candidate movement and communication throughout hiring workflows.
  • Support hiring managers with candidate updates and pipeline intelligence.
  • Maintain clean, compliant, and uptodate data in iCIMS / Workday .
  • Provide insight into the market, candidate availability, and competitive trends.
  • Own sourcing and engagement strategies for complex or cleared positions.


Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of fullcycle or technical recruiting experience.
  • Strong ATS proficiency (iCIMS, Workday) and sourcing skills.
  • Ability to engage candidates over long timelines and maintain highquality pipelines.
  • Strong communication, organization, and process discipline.
