Salary Range: **$60,000 to $70,000 per year

** Starting salary is based on minimum education and years of experience and increases based on education and/or experience.

WOOD is seeking an EntryLevel Recruiter to support candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline maintenance for missioncritical hiring needs. This is a handson recruiting operations role focused on outreach, documentation, and keeping candidate pipelines active and ready. This position is ideal for earlycareer professionals who are detailoriented, peoplefocused, and eager to learn the recruiting craft in a hightempo environment.

Responsibilities

    Conduct sourcing and outreach to candidates across technical and nontechnical roles.
  • Support screening conversations and maintain ongoing candidate engagement.
  • Keep ATS records accurate and updated in iCIMS and Workday.
  • Maintain warm candidate pipelines for both forecasted and active roles.
  • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination during active hiring cycles.
  • Document candidate notes, availability, and alignment to labor categories.
  • Ensure smooth candidate communication and a positive candidate experience.


Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 0-3 years of recruiting, sourcing, HR, or customerfacing experience.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (iCIMS, Workday) preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and followthrough skills.
