We're looking for a Workforce Coordinator to take the lead on the day-to-day coordination of our craft labor workforce. This role is all about accuracy, follow-through, and handling the unexpected-making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time to keep our projects moving.

Job Summary:

The Site Work Force Coordinator provides onsite administrative, onboarding, and workforce support for large construction projects. This role ensures smooth experience for all incoming craft and subcontractor personnel, and serves as a key liaison between site leadership, workforce development, HR/OD, and on-site project teams. This position is primarily focused on workforce responsibilities, with secondary support for HR/OD administrative duties once initial onboarding is completed.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the point of contact for all new arrivals (Interstates craft & subcontractors)
  • Manage flow into siteorientation andprojectspecificorientation.
  • Coordinatorspecificon-siterequirements.
  • Issue PPE, badging, site access credentials, and collect all required paperwork.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for crafttraining andlicensing support.
  • MaintainPTO request workflow including tracking, communication, and reporting.
  • Serve as the contact to escalate onsite OD/HR matters toappropriate internalgroups.
  • Maintain the Revit roster for crew assignments.
  • Track, report, and follow up on feedback cycles, goal setting,andtalent card reviews.
  • Supportfield and project leaders inworkforce developmentactivities.
  • Assist OD with and communicate the results of team members 30,60 - day feedback toappropriate teams.
  • Proficientlyoperateswithin Interstates systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with craft, subcontractors, project leaders, and corporate teams as needed.
  • All other administrative duties as needed.


Essential Skills & Experience



  • Associate degree in business, administrative, or related field preferred. Or equivalent experience in workforce coordination, or administrative support, preferably on alargeconstruction site.
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Detailed orientated.
  • Proficient in word,excel,or other administrative systems.
  • Comfortfacilitatinggroup onboarding or smallclassroom stylesessions.
  • Ability tomaintainconfidentiality, with HR and OD matters.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Able to build meaningful relationships with field leaders and craft crew members onsitein order toeffectively support development.
  • Comfortable and effective communicator, capable of communicating with field leaders, team members, andinternalstakeholders.


Preferred skills or industry knowledge:



  • Experience in dispatch, scheduling, workforce coordination, or a fast-paced administrative role is strongly preferred.
  • High comfort level with phone, email, text, and system-based communication.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.


Education: High school diploma required; associate's degree in business, administrative studies, or a related field preferred.

Location: This position and individual will be part of our National Travel Team.

Travel: The amount of travel will be 100%.
