About the Opportunity Due to major increases in network capacity needs, the data center infrastructure team is expanding significantly. This team is preparing for largescale initiatives involving* deployments, creating a strong demand for skilled L2 technicians who are ready to step into more advanced responsibilities. You'll join a structured, wellsupported team that includes its own program manager, shift managers, and multiple levels of data center technicians (L2-L4). This environment offers stability, clear workflows, and plenty of advancement opportunities. What You'll Do* In this role, you'll support mission-critical operations across multiple data centers by performing hands-on technical work, including: * Break/fix support for server and network hardware * Working tickets in an active queue with SLAs * Rack, stack, cable, and troubleshoot equipment * Support network upgrades, migrations, and new deployments * Perform root-cause analysis and escalate when needed * Document work thoroughly in tracking systems * Collaborate with shift leads and technical managers This is a great opportunity to deepen your exposure to enterprise networking, structured cabling, and hardware support while working on cutting-edge infrastructure.
