What You'll Do As a Service Consultant, you'll serve as a primary contact for customers, assisting with questions, problem-solving, and providing guidance across a variety of banking-related topics. You'll work closely with a team dedicated to delivering excellent service, and you'll have opportunities to earn additional incentives based on your individual performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, multitasking, and working in a dynamic call center environment. Schedule Shifts fall between: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, seven days a week (Exact schedules will vary.)
