*Description*
The Program Manager leads multiple workstreams and/or project teams simultaneously, managing large and complex programs that often cross organizational boundaries. Program Managers operate at a higher, more strategic level than project managers, providing broad oversight across programs and contributing to organizational success. They have the authority to run projects on a daytoday basis while delegating execution tasks to individual project managers, project team members, business analysts, and financial analysts. Program Managers also bring deep expertise in driving process improvement initiatives and managing project delivery across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Delivery Manage multiple programs and workstreams concurrently Initiate and set program goals aligned with organizational strategy Plan programs endtoend, including timelines, milestones, and delivery processes Supervise and provide guidance to project and program managers Build, motivate, and lead crossfunctional teams to achieve milestones and outcomes Governance, Risk & Change Management Identify, assess, and manage programlevel risks Monitor costs, timelines, scope, and resources, initiating corrective actions when required Manage change control processes and secure stakeholder approval for scope changes Ensure deliverables meet agreed tolerances for cost, schedule, and quality Apply risk, change, and resource management principles as needed Reporting & Stakeholder Management Maintain a programlevel summary view of all workstreams and projects Track milestones and deliverables and report progress accurately and regularly Keep leadership informed through detailed reports and presentations Govern scope, cost, schedule, and resource utilization effectively Strategic & Operational Alignment Perform strategic analysis to ensure continuous value delivery Ensure program outcomes align with business objectives Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity across people and processes Ensure program activities comply with legal requirements and internal policies Primary Duties Primary duties for this role may include one or more of the following: Applying systems analysis techniques and consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications Designing, developing, documenting, analyzing, testing, or modifying computer systems and programs based on user or system specifications Designing, creating, testing, or modifying computer programs related to machine operating systems Performing a combination of the above duties that require equivalent levels of skill and expertise *Skills* Program management, Google Cloud, Scrum, Agile *Top Skills Details* Program management,Google Cloud,Scrum *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Experience with tools such as: MS Project ServiceNow ITBM SharePoint JIRA Confluence Practical understanding of Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma principles MBA or equivalent advanced degree *Experience Level* Expert Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $73.00 - $74.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
