What you will do 1. Wire and test complicated standard and non-standard wiring installations of panel boards and control equipment on machines and special package units to various specifications and codes, such as NEMA, UL, IEC etc. 2. Installs basic conduit systems and performs basic conduit bending 3. Uses basic motor circuits and sizes them per our chart 4. Makes motor terminations / connections 5. Performs and controls testing for sound, refrigerant, CFM, and other problems 6. Required to understand and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, drawings, blueprints, and schematics 7. Diagnose and correct errors during assembly and testing of electrical devices 8. Use various hand tools, band saws and threading equipment as required 9. Detect unusual conditions or material defects and report to proper supervision 10. Perform necessary material handling associated with the job 11. Maintain and record labor, production records in relation to time, quality, quantity and other records 12. Maintain clean, safe work area and equipment according to 5S standards 13. May be called upon to participate within special work teams performing various team related duties. Including Kaizen events, 5S programs and problem-solving exercises 14. Follow all safety policies, procedures and JHRA's How you will do it The following covers the most significant duties performed, but does not exclude duties of a lower level for any length of time, or duties of a higher level for approximately 20% of the time. Abilitiy to stand/sit/walk 8hr/day. No lift over 35 lbs.. Reaching above the waist 3-5 hrs/day. Frequent bend/stoop, crouch, kneel, push/pull, climb, simple grasping and fine manipulation. The above description covers the most significant duties performed but does not exclude other occasional work assignments, not mentioned, the inclusion of which would be in the conformity with the factory degrees assigned to the job HOURS 2pm to 10pm M-F (training on 1st shift 6am - 2pm M-F) Pay Range: $28.51 (will change 2/22/2026, increase to $29.37) hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
