What You Will Do As an Application Support Specialist, you will provide essential enterprise support by providing clarity and guidance to user who rely on our software to manage subcontractor invoices, lien waivers, compliance, and payments. You will serve as a subject matter expert, demonstrating a deep understanding of our software's functionality and effectively guiding customers through any challenges they encounter. You must be able to learn quickly, communicate clearly, engage with complex software and technical platforms, and follow data confidentiality protocols.
