Key Responsibilities

-Support KPIs plant governance (action plans)

-Lead Obeya governance

-Follow up any special project (NPI, transference, footprint

-Assesses current business performance and translates best practices into daily operations to achieve organizational objectives.

-Long-term focus on identifying operational gaps and executing improvement strategies to resolve issues. Establishes and implements improvement plans and monitors current behavior to ensure plans are used correctly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering

- 3+ years of experience in program management

- Operational knowledge - Understanding production workflows and assembly line design.

-Leadership and communication ability at all levels

English > 80 %.

Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Able to lead and direct diverse teams at mid and management levels

Able to travel up to 50% of the time, strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, etc

Hiring Salary Range: $112,000-150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience,
knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market
data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects
