Project Manager (Modernization)Role Summary Field Leadership:Direct day-to-day operations for hydraulic and geared modernizations; train technicians and maintain positiveUnion Relations. Operations:Conduct field surveys, estimate bids, interpret blueprints, and procure specialized elevator components. Performance:Identify change orders, monitor job efficiency, and ensure strictSchindler Safetycompliance. What you bring
QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree or related technical program Experience: 5 years leading projects and technical teams (Elevator/Building systems preferred) Technical Skills:Proficient inSAP, Microsoft Office 365 Acumen:Strong financial management and communication skills.
