Join us as a Project Manager MOD Your main responsibilities Project Manager (Modernization)Role Summary Drive the full lifecycle of elevator modernization projects. You will lead field technicians, manage project finances, and collaborate with sales to ensure high-quality, profitable, and safe installations.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight:Manage projects from submittals to close-out, ensuring timely material delivery and 90% invoicing prior to turnover. Field Leadership:Direct day-to-day operations for hydraulic and geared modernizations; train technicians and maintain positiveUnion Relations. Operations:Conduct field surveys, estimate bids, interpret blueprints, and procure specialized elevator components. Performance:Identify change orders, monitor job efficiency, and ensure strictSchindler Safetycompliance. What you bring QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree or related technical program Experience: 5 years leading projects and technical teams (Elevator/Building systems preferred) Technical Skills:Proficient inSAP, Microsoft Office 365 Acumen:Strong financial management and communication skills.
