Extrusion Technician

Job Details:

Pay: $18 - $20/hr.

Schedule: (6 AM - 2 PM | 2 PM - 10 PM | 10 PM - 6 AM)

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Basic math/measuring skills (with calipers and tape measures)
• Mechanical aptitude
• 1+ years of mechanical experience (extrusion experience is a plus)
• Ability to read/understand blueprints
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Daily tasks consist of setting up and shutting down extrusion machines, assisting with quality issues, and performing inspections to ensure part quality. This role supports the extrusion line by handling materials, supplying operators, disposing of scrap, and making production adjustments as needed. Additional duties include confirming production run times, documenting data, and performing other tasks as assigned.
