The Opportunity Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Postal & Shipping Clerk to support campus mail and shipping operations at the Daytona Beach campus. This position plays a critical role in providing outbound postal services through the University's Contract Postal Unit (CPU), assisting students, faculty, staff, and campus partners with mailing and shipping needs while ensuring compliance with USPS, UPS, and FedEx policies. The Postal & Shipping Clerk is responsible for delivering excellent customer service at the postal counter, processing outgoing mail and packages, maintaining postal supplies and inventory, supporting daily operational closeouts, and assisting with incoming mail and package distribution. This role also provides backup courier services for campus mail delivery and supports compliance audits conducted by the United States Postal Service. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced service environment.
