General Function:

We're looking for a proactive, results-driven marketer who can turn national brand strategy into local market success. As Sr Manager of Field Marketing, you'll support corporate and franchise locations with marketing strategy, activation, and performance analysis-driving acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You'll balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution: overseeing co-op marketing, leading grand openings and conversions, and delivering insights that fuel customer-first, brand-right decisions. Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life in every market.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary marketing partner for franchisees, corporate locations, and field leaders.
  • Lead local strategy and execution: competitive response, underperforming store support, media plans, and vendor partnerships.
  • Drive adoption of brand and local marketing tools (reviews, microsites, store websites, exam scheduling, databases).
  • Plan and execute marketing for Grand Openings, Conversions, Transfers, Relocations, and Ignite programs.
  • Onboard franchisees on brand strategy, standards, and tools; manage agency partnerships for 30/60/90-day action plans and annual local media plans.
  • Promote and track community outreach initiatives (e.g., OneSight clinics, pop-up screenings).
  • Troubleshoot marketing operations issues across websites, social platforms, and local toolkits.
  • Partner with stores on visual merchandising compliance.
  • Manage co-op budgets, reconciliations, and reimbursements.

What Success Looks Like

  • Growth in online eye exam bookings, customer data capture, and ratings & reviews.
  • Improved conversion from eye exams to eyewear purchases.
  • Increased franchisee adoption of programs and tools.
  • Strong engagement with OD Microsites and community events.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in field, retail, or multi-location marketing (corporate + franchise mix preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of retail marketing strategy, co-op/franchise models, and national-to-local execution.
  • Experience in media planning, creative development, vendor management, and budget oversight.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms (Yext, TAB, microsites, scheduling tools).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence across stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
