Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management:

  • Oversee relationships with Maaco locations to meet financial and production targets.

  • Maintain open communication with Maaco leadership at all levels to address business needs and strengthen partnerships.

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Collaborate with the Driven Brands Sales Manager to devise and implement programs and processes that align with organizational goals.

  • Establish and maintain approved product lists and ensure consistent program implementation.

  1. Training & Development:

  • Train Sherwin-Williams branches, technical representatives, and sales teams on account-specific procedures and support strategies.

  • Educate staff on best practices and operational processes to ensure consistent service delivery.

  1. Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor operational metrics and conduct regular reviews with Maaco leadership to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Lead monthly meetings to align material usage and profitability with Maaco's expectations.

  1. Customer Support:

  • Ensure all Maaco locations receive consistent support and guidance.

  • Communicate sales promotions, product developments, and other updates to customers.

  • Provide technical, sales, and marketing assistance as needed.

  1. Process Improvement:

  • Guide stakeholders through account development, process improvements, supply chain management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Improve material management practices to deliver value to both Sherwin-Williams and Driven Brands

  • Education:

  • Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in business

  • Experience:

  • Deep understanding of the production shop/automotive collision industry, business trends, and customer needs.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management and implement strategic initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess financial metrics and identify actionable solutions.

  • Experience in conflict resolution and managing escalated issues.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Ability to physically demonstrate paint products using equipment such as spray guns.
