As a Senior Research Engineer, you will design, implement, and ship to customers around the world research-driven solutions that enhance human-agent interactions. You will research and innovate human oversight, assistance, and management of autonomous agents driving business processes for our customers. You will also bring apps and agents together, driving new possibilities in how agents, humans, and apps can all collaborate to streamline and automate business processes. This opportunity will allow you to deepen your applied science expertise in autonomous, LLM-driven agents, shape the future of human-AI collaboration, build and ship scalable AI systems, and work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value to our customers. #BICJOBS Applied Sciences IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
