Latitude Corp. We are looking for a Grinder Level 2 to join our 100% EMPLOYEE-OWNED team. 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 2pm - 12am+. Job Duties and Responsibilities Timely completion of job functions. Adhere to ISO-9001 quality systems. Produce customer parts and products in accordance with the established safety, quality, and cost standards of the company. Authority to operate company forklift if trained. Authority to setup workstations and equipment. Responsible for producing quality workmanship, which meets or exceeds requirements. Grind and finish parts in conformance with specifications and meet daily required production assignments.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Possess basic math and reading skills including ability to read and use tape measure and caliper. * Ability to visually inspect parts.
