SSAI seeks a Lead Project Control Analyst who will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing project control processes to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. This position is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of project control systems, including cost management, scheduling, risk analysis, and performance reporting. The Lead Project Control Analyst collaborates closely with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders to provide accurate and timely data that supports informed decision-making. By analyzing project metrics and trends, this role identifies potential issues early and recommends corrective actions to mitigate risks. Ultimately, the Lead Project Control Analyst ensures that projects are executed efficiently, transparently, and aligned with organizational objectives across the United States operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project control, project management, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Cost Professional (CCP) certification.
  • Experience working in large-scale infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (including macros and pivot tables) and business intelligence software.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and standards.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing project control teams.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to touch, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear and occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
