Workflow Manager - Fort Meade, MD Join Leidos and accelerate your career by supporting one of the Air Force's most critical ISR missions. We're seeking a Workflow Manager to streamline processes, strengthen knowledge transfer, and keep mission information flowing across the 707th Forward Support Squadron.

What You'll Do

• Improve and standardize business processes
• Manage SharePoint, file plans, and official records
• Track tasks, synchronize calendars, and support leadership engagements
• Prepare documents, briefings, and communications
• Support FOIA coordination and personnel actions

What You Bring ( Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree + 5 years' experience. Additional experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience working Civilian personnel actions
• Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI eligibility
• Experience with DTS, ATAAPS, SharePoint, and AF records management
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• TMT, MS Planner, OneNote, HHQ experience
• Previous Air Force , ANG or Air Force Reserves personnel experience
