As the Sr. Administrator of Affordability Programs & Regulatory Compliance, you become the expert others rely on to navigate complex federal and state affordability program requirements. Each day, you're the one ensuring the company stays aligned with rigorous standards-protecting TDS from risk, fines, and reputational harm. In this position, you own the operational heartbeat of compliance. You will:
Guide critical tasks and workflows that keep TDS aligned with regulatory and internal expectations.
You'll regularly collaborate with groups across the company and serve as a liaison with agencies such as the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) and various state commissions. In partnership with the Manager of Regulatory Compliance, you'll help carry out FCC and state mandates, support audit activities, and guide the organization through an everchanging regulatory landscape.
