Senior Marketing Manager - Purification Technologies

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join the Purification Technologies division to drive strategy and growth across a portfolio of market segments, products, and programs with significant scale and complexity. This role partners closely with sales and global stakeholders to translate market insight into impactful, revenue-driving strategies while championing a strong, consistent brand experience.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for businesses with $75M+ in annual net sales.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive growth, differentiation, and customer value.
  • Transform customer, market, and competitive insights into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with global business and functional partners to share insights, align priorities, and scale best practices.
  • Act as a steward of the brand, ensuring delivery of a consistent and compelling customer experience.
  • Measure performance, assess results, and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
  • Operates with a high degree of independence and strategic ownership.
  • Leads complex, high-visibility initiatives with cross-functional impact.
  • Influences decision-making across departments, divisions, and regions.
  • Reports to division leadership and plays a key role in shaping business direction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience or MBA with 5 years of experience
  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading marketing strategy at scale, ideally in complex or global organizations
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing strategy to sales performance
  • Demonstrated people leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with senior global stakeholders

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $133,700.00 - $200,600.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
