Maintenance Technician Needed

Location: Casa Grande, AZ

Pay: $20-$24 per hour

Schedule: D Shift: Wednesday 11:00 PM-5:30 AM | Thursday-Friday 5:00 PM-5:30 AM | Saturday 5:00 PM-3:30 AM

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support powertrain and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and equipment repair to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-focused, and experienced with industrial and automotive OEM equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Document maintenance activities accurately and use the CMMS system
• Diagnose and repair complex equipment failures; replace defective components
• Support installation and commissioning of new production equipment
• Fabricate parts as needed for plant and production use
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and OSHA regulations
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, planners, and production teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; understanding of control systems
• Working knowledge of PLC logic (Rockwell, Siemens, or similar)
• Experience with motors, conveyors, robotics, automation, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Ability to use diagnostic tools such as multimeters
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible schedules, overtime, and weekends
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Welding (MIG/TIG/Stick) and forklift experience preferred
