Research and Development Intern, Onsite - 5 days per week, Easton GENERAL SUMMARY: The Research& Development Intern will assist Lab Technologists and Scientists in developing new technologies, formulations, and processes, as well as supporting reformulation efforts for sustaining current products. They will prepare bench formulations, conduct technical performance and product testing, gather experimental results, analyze documentation, and report findings. Throughout their work, the intern will maintain strong adherence to good laboratory practices and ensure all technical documentation is accurate, organized, and up to standard. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: High School Degree. College level courses in physical sciences preferred. Chemistry, Material Science, Biology, Chemical Engineering or other Science related major. Proficient in Excel and Word. Familiarity with lab practices and previous work in a lab environment a plus.
