Marketing Activation Intern, Hybrid - onsite 3 days per week, Forks Township GENERAL SUMMARY: The intern will support a broad range of digital analytics activities, including data monitoring and ad hoc reporting in GA4, assisting with tagging and event tracking setup in Google Tag Manager, and providing analytical support for research requests. They will gather data manually for dashboard updates, validate data pipelines within Snowflake, and contribute to marketing performance reporting and AI traffic research. The intern will also help maintain, develop, and deploy dashboards using PowerBI and Snowflake, and translate web insights into tactical recommendations that support site optimization efforts. All responsibilities culminate in an end of term project in which the intern delivers one or more key insights to help advance strategy on crayola.com. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Must be at least entering their junior year of college. Interest in marketing data. Enrolled in marketing or analytics-related program. Familiarity with marketing & marketing performance platforms like Meta, Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok Business Center, etc. Ability to collaborate with various cross-functional teams. Strong time-management skills; willingness to learn. Derive insights from data and create stories that tell the customer journey on Crayola.com.
