Cybersecurity Lead- New Orleans, LA Ellumen is a dynamic IT business headquartered in Silver Spring, MD. Ellumen is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Lead to support the Navy's MyNavy Human Resources (HR) enterprise. Services include the sustainment, modernization, enhancement, cybersecurity, and operational support of mission-critical HR, manpower, and personnel systems. Role Summary: Leads cybersecurity engineering and compliance activities to ensure MyNavy HR IT systems are secure and compliant with DoD and Navy policies. Key Responsibilities: Oversee application security, vulnerability management, and security testing. Ensure compliance with RMF, FISMA, and DoD cybersecurity requirements. Integrate security into the SDLC and DevSecOps pipelines. Support ATO-related activities and security documentation. Advise Government on cybersecurity risk and mitigation strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field. 8+ years of cybersecurity experience supporting Federal systems. CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification preferred. Experience securing HR or personnel data systems. US Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain federal clearance (Active clearance preferred)
