Pay Range $200,760 - $305,544 Annually This is the lowest to highest salary range in good faith we believe would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Job Description We have an opening for an ES&H Integrated Safety Team (IST) Leader supporting the Physical & Life Sciences (PLS) Principal Associate Directorate to provide leadership for all ES&H activities. The PLS Directorate includes approximately 1300 individuals who conduct work in over 40 facilities and are organized into five divisions and seven Institutes/Centers that support cutting edge research in support of the Lab's mission.PLS provides support to the programs in other Principal Associate Directorates and oversees > $200M in PLS programmatic funding including Office of Science, SPP and indirect funding. You will be responsible for ensuring the flow-down and the implementation of institutional ES&H policies and programs within the PLS programs and line organizations and will provide consultative advice using leading-edge principles, technologies, other best practices. This position will be in the ES&H Integrated Safety Teams Department and matrixed to the PLS Principal Associate Directorate. This position will be filled at eitherlevel based on knowledge and related experience as assessed by the hiring team. Additional job responsibilities (outlined below) will be assigned if hired at the higher level. This position offers a hybrid schedule, blending in-person and virtual presence.
